I loved working out at the fitqueens studio. It feels like a safe environment where you are allowed to be free to make your mistakes and then try again. I actually cannot wait to return to this place of safety.

As a trainer and participant I can hardly recommend fit queens. Just the melow and peaceful vibe alone makes me feel at home. After the workouts I always feel happy. And after a workout with me, you will feel like a new version of you and empowered to takle everything that comes your way. Highly recommend a visit to the sisterhood.

Dit sluit precies aan bij wat ik zocht! Het is als een warm bad waarin ik terecht ben gekomen. De locatie is zo ingericht dat je jezelf snel op je gemak voelt! Shirley is een grote motivator die je helpt om je grenzen te verleggen, maar ook te bewaken!

Signed up for post partum classes (powermama), best decision ever! Wat een fijne locatie, naast trainen kan je hier ook heerlijk met een kopje thee tot rust komen. Good vibes. They offer a variety of classes, already looking forward to sign up for another class when I finish the powermama course.

A great place to work out! Great personal attention during the class on technique and helping you achieve the workout. There is a great variations of classes. I highly recommend fitqueens.

Als ik moet vertellen hoe goed Shirley is als trainer (en persoon) en hoe fijn de fitqueens house is dan kan ik wel een boek schrijven. Sinds 2018 train ik bij Shir en tot de dag van vandaag geen spijt gehad. Met de PT training zorgt Shir dat ik mijn allerbeste geef. Wanneer ik denk dat ik niet meer kan dan gelooft zij juist dat het wel kan (meestal kan ik het ook, haha). Naast PT heb ik ook meerdere groepslessen gevolgd en hoe wij meiden elkaar kunnen ondersteunen is onbeschrijfelijk. Ik raad de FQ house van harte aan! Try it out en je zal er nooit spijt van krijgen.
