At the start of your personal training program, we start with an intake where we discuss your situation and goals. You will fill in questionnaires so we can look into your medical history and hormonal/period cycle. We then set short-term, medium, and long-term goals that can help you achieve measurable and realistic results within time constraints. These goals follow the SMART system. If you find that it’s hard to stay motivated or that you get bored of your workout routine, our trainers will make sure to motivate you.
Nutrition is one of the most important factors when it comes to a healthy life. With so much information on the internet, it can often get overwhelming. Let’s not even mention all the weird diets out there that do more harm than good. At FitQueens we have a female & hormonal-centered approach when it comes to nutrition.
