Hello queen! Welcome, welkom, bienvenida, bon biní to our little corner on the internet. Fitqueens is a wellness sisterhood with its own gym for women only. Our goal is to motivate women to not only be healthy physically but mentally as well.  We want to break the toxic diet culture that rules nowadays and show you that a healthy body & mind is what truly matters. In a capitalist world that makes a profit by exploiting our insecurities about the way we look, we want to teach you how to love yourself as you are; beautifully and wonderfully made.

Group Fitness Schedule

19:30-20:15 | TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

Live + Online

You will be exercising your whole body, with all muscle groups being used and stimulated in one workout. It will be a different workout each week using compound exercises (= exercises that use more than one muscle group at a time).

 

Our focus is on 4 different categories: Cardio, strength, agility & stability

 

Suitable for ALL fitness levels.

18:45-19:30 | HIIT BOXING 

Live only

HIIT Box is a high-intensity interval training class based on boxing training. It differs from boxing in that boxing is a competitive/contact sport whereas HIIT Box includes aspects of boxing training but not sparring, contact, or competitive bouts. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve, skipping, hitting punching bags, kicking punchbags, push-ups, sprints, sit-ups and much more.

 

Sessions typically involve hitting a punching bag, but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging, and safe workout accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

 

We have boxing gloves available for rent (€2,50). Even though our gloves are thoroughly cleaned after each class, bringing your own is always the most hygienic option.

12:30:13:00 | TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

Live + Online

This is a quick workout that can be done during your lunch break. You will be exercising your whole body, with all muscle groups being used and stimulated in one workout. It will be a different workout each week using compound exercises (= exercises that use more than one muscle group at a time).

 

Our focus is on 4 different categories: Cardio, strength, agility & stability

19:30-20:15 | GLT (GLUTES, LEGS & THIGHS)

Live + Online

This class works on three common zones at once, glutes, legs & thighs.  It is a TOTAL lower-body circuit workout using different equipment and body weight

  • Lower body
  • Cardio
  • Weights

This short but intense cardio workout consisting of high-intensity intervals interspersed with lower-intensity recovery is hardcore and hard work but it will optimize your fitness & boost your metabolism.

9:30-10:30 | POWERMAMA*

Live only

Remaining physically active during pregnancy can help improve posture, decrease back pain, swelling, constipation, and incontinence, and significantly reduce the risk of many other pregnancy-related ailments. Rooted in evidence-based methodology, the Power Mama training empowers mamas with smart, safe, and effective exercise.

11:00-11:45 | BOOTCAMP

Live only

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

The essence of Pilates places its focus on our body’s ‘powerhouse’: the abdominal area, the buttocks, hips, and lower back. With this class, you will improve your core, lower back, flexibility, balance, and breathing.
